Vesanbe 1-Year Quality Guarantee Policy

At Vesanbe, we believe a good pair of shoes should be made to walk with you.
That's why every Vesanbe pair is backed by our 1-Year Quality Guarantee.
If your Vesanbe shoes develop a genuine defect in materials or workmanship during normal use within one year of purchase, we'll work with you to make it right — including a replacement when the issue is covered by this Guarantee.
Because quality shouldn't be something you have to worry about.
1. What This Guarantee Means
The Vesanbe 1-Year Quality Guarantee is our commitment to the quality of our footwear.
For one (1) year from the original purchase date, Vesanbe guarantees eligible products against genuine defects in:
- Materials
- Construction
- Stitching
- Hardware
- Footbed construction
- Sole attachment
- Other manufacturing workmanship
The product must have been used under normal conditions and cared for according to Vesanbe's care recommendations.
If we determine that a covered defect exists, we will provide the remedy described in Section 9 — Our Remedy.
This Guarantee is separate from Vesanbe's standard return policy.
2. Who Is Covered
This Guarantee applies to the original purchaser of a genuine Vesanbe product purchased from:
- Vesanbe.com
- An authorized Vesanbe retailer or sales channel
The product must be purchased for personal use and must have valid proof of purchase.
The Guarantee is not transferable to another person.
3. What Is Covered
The following are examples of issues that may be covered when they occur during normal use and are determined to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect.
Sole & Construction
- Sole separation or delamination not caused by misuse
- Manufacturing failure of the outsole
- Structural separation between the upper and sole
- Other genuine construction defects
Stitching & Upper
- Stitching failure caused by a manufacturing defect
- Material separation caused by a manufacturing defect
- Significant structural failure of the upper under normal use
Buckles & Hardware
- Buckle failure under normal use
- Strap hardware failure
- Other hardware defects caused by manufacturing issues
Footbed
- Structural footbed failure beyond normal compression
- Manufacturing defects affecting the intended function of the footbed
Other Manufacturing Defects
If your shoes develop another genuine manufacturing defect that materially affects their intended use, please contact us.
We'll review the issue and determine whether it qualifies under this Guarantee.
4. What Is Not Covered
The Guarantee does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or issues unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Normal outsole or heel wear
- Surface scuffs and scratches
- Creasing from normal wear
- Natural changes in suede appearance over time
- Normal color fading or variation
- Normal footbed compression or molding
- Normal changes caused by the shape of your foot
- Odor caused by normal use
- Damage caused by water, excessive moisture, heat, chemicals, or solvents
- Improper cleaning or drying
- Machine washing or machine drying
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
- Damage caused by using the shoes for purposes they were not designed for
- Damage caused by alterations or repairs made by someone other than Vesanbe
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the functionality of the shoes
- Damage caused by pets or other external sources
- Lost or stolen products
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Counterfeit, second-hand, sample, promotional, or donated products
Comfort, Fit & Size
This Guarantee does not replace our standard return policy.
If your shoes simply don't fit correctly, you selected the wrong size, or you decide that the shoes aren't right for you, please use our standard 60-Day Risk-Free Return Policy within the applicable return period.
A comfort preference or personal fit preference is not considered a manufacturing defect.
5. Suede & Natural Materials
Vesanbe footwear may use natural materials such as genuine suede, leather, cork, and other materials that can naturally change with wear.
Small variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Grain
- Nap
- Natural markings
are normal characteristics of these materials and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Over time, suede may develop a softer appearance, subtle color variation, creasing, or changes in texture as it is worn.
These natural changes are part of the character of the material and are not covered by this Guarantee unless they result from a verified manufacturing defect.
6. Guarantee Period
The Vesanbe Guarantee lasts for:
1 year from the original purchase date
The purchase date is determined by the date shown on your valid proof of purchase.
If a replacement pair is provided under this Guarantee, the replacement remains covered only for the remainder of the original one-year Guarantee Period.
A replacement does not restart or extend the original one-year period.
7. What You Need to Make a Claim
To help us review your claim efficiently, please provide:
- Your name
- Email address
- Order number or other proof of purchase
- Product name
- Product size
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
- Additional information or photos if requested by our Customer Care team
You do not need to register your shoes in advance to receive coverage.
Your original order information or proof of purchase is sufficient to establish eligibility.
8. How to Make a Guarantee Claim
Making a claim is simple.
Step 1 — Contact Us

Step 2 — Tell Us What Happened
Describe the issue and when you first noticed it.
Please include several clear photos showing the affected area.
Step 3 — We'll Review Your Claim
Our Customer Care team will review the information and may ask for additional photos or details to determine whether the issue is covered.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, usually sooner.
Step 4 — Return the Product If Requested
If we determine that the issue may qualify under the Guarantee, we'll provide return instructions when necessary.
Please do not send your shoes back before receiving instructions from Vesanbe.
Step 5 — We'll Make It Right
Once the claim is approved and any required inspection is complete, we'll provide the applicable remedy described below.
9. Our Remedy
If we determine that your product has a covered manufacturing or material defect, Vesanbe may provide:
Replacement
We'll replace the defective pair with:
- The same style and size, when available; or
- A comparable Vesanbe product of equal value if the original product is unavailable.
A cash refund is not the standard remedy under this Guarantee.
Refunds for size, fit, change of mind, or general dissatisfaction are handled under Vesanbe's standard return policy.
10. What About Returns?
Our 60-Day Risk-Free Return Policy and our 1-Year Quality Guarantee serve different purposes.
Within the 60-Day Return Period
If you:
- Chose the wrong size
- Don't like the fit
- Changed your mind
- Decide the style isn't right for you
please use our standard 60-Day Risk-Free Return Policy within the applicable return period.
Within One Year
If your shoes develop a genuine defect in materials or workmanship during normal use, you may submit a Guarantee claim.

11. Care Matters
Your Vesanbe shoes are designed for everyday life, but proper care helps protect both their comfort and longevity.
Please follow the care instructions provided with your product.
In particular:
- Keep suede away from excessive moisture
- Allow wet footwear to dry naturally
- Do not use excessive heat to dry your shoes
- Avoid harsh chemicals and solvents
- Do not machine wash or machine dry unless specifically stated for the product
- Use appropriate cleaning and care products for suede and leather
- Store your shoes in a dry environment
Damage resulting from improper care may not be covered by this Guarantee.
12. Important Terms
This Guarantee applies only to genuine Vesanbe products purchased by the original purchaser through Vesanbe.com or an authorized Vesanbe sales channel.
Vesanbe reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue constitutes a manufacturing or material defect covered by this Guarantee.
This Guarantee does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that may apply under applicable law.
Vesanbe may update this Guarantee from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will govern your eligible product, subject to applicable law.
