What if my shoes don't fit?
Use our 60-day returns — postage is covered both ways. The 1-Year Guarantee is for manufacturing defects, not fit or preference.
Does the Guarantee cover normal wear?
No. Outsole wear, suede creasing, scuffing, fading, and natural cork compression are the honest cost of wearing shoes — not a defect.
Do I need to register my shoes?
No. Every eligible pair is covered automatically from the purchase date. Keep your order confirmation.
Do I get a refund if my claim is approved?
The Guarantee provides a replacement pair. Refunds are handled separately under 60-day returns for fit, preference, or change of mind.
Can I send back a pair I didn't buy from Vesanbe?
For Second Life, only footwear purchased from vesanbe.com is accepted.
Shoes are made to be worn — suede develops character, cork moulds to your foot, soles show the road.
